Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Mumbai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing them with information about products or services, answering inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and tracking call outcomes.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Persuasion, Negotiation, and Problem-solving abilities
- Customer Service and Active Listening capabilities
- Basic Computer Skills and Familiarity with CRM software
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages can be an advantage
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
