Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Tele caller based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Tele caller will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about our training programs and answer inquiries. The role involves building relationships with prospective students, following up on leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times. The role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers effectively
- Proven ability in customer service and sales with experience in handling outbound calls
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently
- Fluency in regional languages alongside English proficiency is a strong asset
- Knowledge of basic IT terminology or interest in the IT education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field is preferred
