Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Tele Caller role based in Ahmedabad. The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers to promote products and services, and responding to inquiries or resolving customer concerns. The role includes maintaining records of conversations, meeting sales or engagement targets, and contributing to the overall customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to ensure effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
• Ability to perform outbound and inbound calling, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally
• Competence in maintaining detailed records and managing time efficiently
• Goal-oriented mindset, with experience in achieving or exceeding targets
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Fluency in English and other local languages (preferred)
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused approach to work
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is an advantage
