Telecaller

Position Grade

Support monthly reporting
Good working knowledge in MS-Access, MS-Excel,
Ability to understand business problems, identify opportunities of improvement and provide solutions for business problem.
Monitor and analyze data, observe expectations.
Coordinating with different business function, recovery teams to ensure corrective measures on databases.
Checking and processing of Monthly/Quarterly incentive of all business teams
Publishing productivity trackers.
Automation of MIS

Graduate with 1 or 2 years of experience
Strong data understanding and ability to work in large datasets.
Hands-on with multiple database systems
Ability to multi task and independently execute projects.
Team player, good communication and inter personal skills.
