This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role based in Salem. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products or services, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate call records. The Tele caller will also handle follow-ups, resolve customer concerns, and work towards achieving sales or service targets as defined by the team. A customer-focused attitude and effective communication skills are essential for this position.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Sales and persuasion abilities, with experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills to maintain call logs and work with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work towards meeting service or sales goals.
• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
