Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role located in Surat. The Tele Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and providing information about services and training programs to potential candidates. The role involves maintaining accurate call records, building strong relationships with candidates, and assisting them with enrollment processes. The Tele Caller will also support the team by identifying potential candidates for placement opportunities in the banking and financial services industry.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear articulation
• Customer relationship skills to build rapport with potential candidates
• Proficiency in managing calls, maintaining records, and basic computer skills
• Time management and the ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Adaptability and a results-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous
• Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
