Anu Enterprises is looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining financial products (loans & credit services), and maintaining customer relationships.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan top-up services.

Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

Generate leads and follow up with interested clients.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Experience: 6 months – 2 years in telecalling, preferably in finance or loans.

Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.

Skills: Strong communication, persuasive skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Languages: Proficiency in Hindi & English.
