Job Description: Tele Caller with Admin
Location: Zealver Silent Hills, Belapur
Work Schedule: 6 days a week | 8-hour shift
Job Summary
We are seeking a Telecaller & Client Coordination Executive to manage inbound and outbound calling for our assisted living facility. The role involves engaging with prospective residents and families, scheduling client meetings and site visits, following up on leads, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to admissions and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective clients, referral partners, and corporate leads to introduce assisted living services
Call existing and new leads to explain facilities, care services, pricing, and value proposition
Qualify leads based on care needs, budget, and decision timeline
Client Meetings & Visit Coordination
Set up client meetings and site visits with families and residents
Coordinate schedules between clients, sales team, and facility staff
Share meeting confirmations and reminders via call, WhatsApp, or email
Follow up post-meeting to capture feedback and support closure
Lead Follow-ups & Conversion Support
Regular follow-ups with interested families until visit/admission decision
Address basic queries and objections related to assisted living and care services
Ensure timely escalation of serious prospects to the sales or management team
Administrative & Coordination Support
Maintain accurate lead records in CRM / Google Sheets
Update daily call logs, visit status, and meeting outcomes
Assist with admission documentation coordination and checklist follow-ups
Support internal teams with data compilation, reports, and basic admin tasks
Customer Experience
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and reassuring communication style
Handle senior citizens and families with sensitivity and professionalism
Ensure a positive first impression of the assisted living facility
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication in English, Hindi, and local language preferred
Confidence in outbound calling and client engagement
Good follow-up discipline and time management
Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years experience in telecalling, customer support, or client coordination
Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitals, real estate, or hospitality preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills and admin aptitude may apply
