Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele caller role based in Patna. The Tele caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to inform potential candidates and clients about services, job opportunities, and recruitment processes. Daily tasks include explaining role requirements, verifying candidate information, updating records in the database or CRM, and following standard scripts while adapting to individual conversations. The Tele caller will handle queries, schedule interviews or follow-up calls, and coordinate with the recruitment team to support hiring activities. The role also involves meeting call targets, maintaining professional communication, and providing timely feedback on market and candidate responses.

• Candidates should possess strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills.
• Candidates should possess confident telephone etiquette, customer service skills, and a professional approach to handling inquiries.
• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, data entry skills, and familiarity with CRM or call management tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and the ability to work with daily call targets.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a positive attitude toward repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is highly beneficial; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, or sales calling is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
