CTC : 2.3 - 3.5 LPA (Gross)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, resolving queries, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products, services, and offers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Follow approved communication scripts and guidelines during calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when required.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or related roles (Freshers can apply)
Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as required)
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Positive attitude and patience while handling customers
- Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Telesales is an advantage
- Willingness to learn product/service knowledge and improve performance
