Job Title: Tele Caller / Inside Sales

Location : Mumbai

Work Mode: 6 Days – Work from Office

CTC : 2.3 - 3.5 LPA (Gross)

Note : *Performance-based incentives will be provided*

Interview Rounds: Telephonic → Virtual → Final Face-to-Face

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, resolving queries, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products, services, and offers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Follow approved communication scripts and guidelines during calls.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when required.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduate
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or related roles (Freshers can apply)

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages (as required)
  • Strong listening and objection-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Skills

  • Positive attitude and patience while handling customers
  • Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Telesales is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn product/service knowledge and improve performance
