Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, assisting them with inquiries, and promoting our products and services. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by management.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to engage customers.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting customer needs.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
