Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tekla Modeler & Checker (AISC). The Modeler & Checker will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with structural steel detailing and connection design using Tekla software. The role will involve collaborating with the engineering team, reviewing and checking models, and ensuring compliance with international standards such as AISC, CISC, BS, IS code, and OSHA. The position is located in Coimbatore, India.
Qualifications
- AISC design and detailing proficiency
- Tekla modeling and checking skills
- Experience with structural steel detailing and connection design
- Knowledge of international standards such as AISC, CISC, BS, IS code, and OSHA
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Previous experience in steel detailing and connection checking is a plus
- Strong communication skills
