Job Description

Project Role Description:

  • Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability.
  • Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC).
  • Update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
  • Provide solutions to work-related problems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in system upgrades and enhancements implementation.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain system configurations and processes.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations for critical incidents.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
  • Strong understanding of database management and optimization.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and incident management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and database query optimization.

Additional Information:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience required, with at least 3 years in Oracle PLSQL.
  • Position located at Mumbai office.
  • 15 years of full-time education required.
