Job Title: Workflow Automation and Optimization Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive technologist to join our team. The

ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, problem-solving orientation, and a passion

for helping others. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our

internal teams, ensuring that all technical activities are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist users in creating, modifying, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards

to meet business needs.

Stay updated on Power BI updates, features, and best practices to provide informed

support and recommendations.

Automate Ms-Excel files used for Valuation/ Accounting reports.

Initiate/ Activate AI-based tools (Chat-GPT,Google Gemini, Claude etc) to make

current processes efficient.

Code (Python Preferable) to simplify daily operations of the internal team.

Maintain and make simple apps using Streamlit and Netlify for internal usage.

Capable of creating logical data-processing workflows in Python to modify and

manipulate data, with strong use of conditionals (if-else), loops, and file handling

including reading and writing CSV, Excel, and similar data formats.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a

related field (or equivalent experience).

Python Basics for Data Analysis and Computation.

Basics of Google App Script and Extensions.

Proficiency in using Google Sheets, MS Excel (Pivot table, Dashboards Creation,

Power Tools).

Ms-Excel automation tools (i.e.VBA Macros etc), Power Pivot to automate manual

tasks.

Strong understanding of Business Analytics (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, etc).

Inquisitiveness with AI-related tools/ agents/automation (Claude, Chat GPT etc)

Proficiency in Power Query for data transformation and analysis.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
