- Lead the end-to-end service delivery of Technology Solutions, including user experience design, product management, solution architecture, development, testing, and service management.
- Work closely with colleagues across global regions to attract, develop, and retain talent, ensuring exceptional quality standards in project delivery.
- Collaborate with Market/Client teams, Regional Portfolio Leads, and Digital Growth Lead to drive sales and shape delivery approaches.
- Streamline interfaces with other Practice areas to enable integrated solutions, minimizing barriers and maximizing value.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvements in the delivery process, focusing on client feedback and modern methods.
- Contribute as a thought leader in technology solutions, maintaining a horizon view of industry advancements and driving innovation.
- Nurture, develop, and motivate teams to achieve growth and excellence in technology service delivery.
- Mentor and guide capability leads within the Practice, ensuring consistent development and knowledge sharing.
Experience, Education, and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field (practical experience in lieu will be considered).
- Extensive experience in overseeing the design and development of large applications and managing large development teams (25-100 FTE).
- Strong background in programming techniques, development tools, database design, and enterprise relational database management systems.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including proposal writing, cost build-up, and value proposition development.
- Deep knowledge of cloud and hybrid cloud solutions, and experience with DevOps approaches, Agile/Waterfall interfaces, and supporting tools like MS DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, PRINCE2, Scaled Agile, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Demonstrable leadership experience with direct line management, resourcing, and budget responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
