Technical Skills & work experience:
- MH: Health Insurance product company/GCC/HealthTech experience ( ), or IT services company with Health Insurance (TCS, HCL, Infosys, etc.) vertical, or Health Insurance company (e.g. ABHI, Star, Icici Lombard, Care, etc), or Health Insurance Ecosystem vendors (Medi Assist, Doc Online, etc).
- MH: Proven experience as a Technology solution leader with overall experience between 8 - 18 years
- MH: Proven ability with UML (Unified Modelling Language) - should be able to come up with sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams, etc.
- MH: Demonstrated ability to understand business strategy & processes & its successful translation into technology low level design
- MH: Excellent knowledge of moderndesign patterns like CQRS, SAGA, etc., includingmicro-services, etc.
