Process Overview*

IMO Identity Management Operations is responsible for providing L2 & L3 Infrastructure support for multiple applications related to Global Identity Management for the bank.

Job Description*

  • Responsible for Day-to-Day administration duties include managing Server infrastructure hosting Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Server Roles, and other Identity management tools.

Troubleshooting issues related to Windows servers, IIS, SQL, Password and Group management, Identity Data Synchronization across enterprise functions data sources (HR, Exchange etc.,)

  • Identity Server infrastructure monitoring and maintenance tasks
  • Perform pro-active infrastructure Health checks periodically
  • Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Microsoft Synchronization service for password management (SSPM) and Distribution Group Management (SSGM)
  • Responsible for Active Roles Server operational activities and coordinating with engineering teams
  • Manage AD Reports hosted on MS SQL Reporting Services and IIS
  • Manage Microsoft Synchronization Service infrastructure for Synchronizing identity data from various enterprise application data sources (HR, Exchange etc.)
  • Windows Server administration that includes OS/build issues, server Performance issues.
  • Knowledge of DMZ server and network infrastructure (OS/HW Firewall).
  • Provide application support for AD related tools and managing the server infrastructure hosting them.
  • Experience in Windows Configuration/Deployments solution like SCCM, WSUS
  • Write scripts utilizing PowerShell, SQL query and other APIs (SPS, Splunk)

Establishes service specification to other systems including permissions and modification, deletion, role definitions, reclassification, and other similar access management related functions.

Responsibilities*

  • Supporting Microsoft/Forefront Identity Manager 2016/2010 R2 (Portal, Service, and Sync Engine)
  • Performing implementation and testing of new/updated Management Agents and various other applications/code
  • Performing maintenance and support of existing Management Agents
  • Performing BAU daily FIM health checks
  • Performing BAU daily Access and Identity Management tasks
  • Incident/Problem Management
  • Requirements
  • Education* - Graduation
  • Certifications If Any: Windows Server Administration, MS SQL (optional)
  • Experience Range*: Minimum 8-10 years experience.

Foundational skills*

  • Windows Active Directory Infrastructure Maintenance
  • Microsoft Identity Manager (previously called Forefront Identity Manager)
  • Active Roles Server (ARS) Maintenance and Release management
  • Complex troubleshooting and repair tasks on Windows server's
  • Good knowledge on SQL and SQL Reporting services
  • Knowledge on Password management and other user self-service tools
  • Experience in Windows configuration management
  • Working experience of lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP)
  • Strong OS knowledge Windows
  • Previous experience providing support of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager
  • Experience in Microsoft Exchange

Desired Job Skills:

  • Previous experience providing support of Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 (FIM Portal, FIM Service, and FIM Sync Engine) or the MIM 2016 versions of these.
  • Technical Documentation skills
  • Communication skills and ability to handle Incident Triage calls.

Work Timings*

Weekdays: 06:30 am - 03:30 pm. and 03:30PM to 10:30PM

Weekend: on call support and Weekdays 14*5 support
