This individual will lead the implementation, governance and continuous improvement of the Consequence Management process for Technology Resilience

Your Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head Technology Resilience, the role responsibilities include:
- Own the Consequence Management process, KPIs, governance, strategy and continuous improvement.
- Lead the Consequence Management team including providing support, guidance and growth opportunities.
- Define the Consequence Management process/framework and related documentation.
- Serve as escalation point to address questions or challenges raised by application and infrastructure teams.
- Collaborate across Technology Resilience Team in the implementation and continuous operation/improvement of the Consequence Management process
- Define the training and communication model to raise awareness and understanding of the consequence management process
- Own / support any audit related topics related to the function
Your Skills And Experience
- Understanding of IT resilience
- Relevant experience in Consequence Management, Change Management, Governance, Risk and/or Controls
- Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry desirable
- Relevant experience in IT Analytics and reporting
- Experience in identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes/functions
- Strong communication skills are mandatory
- Familiar with the concepts of the ITIL Framework
- Experience working within large enterprise environments
- Excellent communication and at ease working in an international, multi-cultural environment and matrix organization.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple & changing priorities.
- Ability to extract information from multiple tools with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent planning and organisational skills - able to multi-task and balance work within a highly demanding environment
- Familiar with Service Management Request Tools e.g.Service Now
- Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Financial services experience
