Job Title: Java Developer (Subcon)

Must-Have Skills (Top 3):

Java Strong hands-on experience with core and advanced Java concepts
Spring Boot Proficient in developing microservices and REST APIs using Spring Boot
Integration Experience with integrating systems and third-party services

Nice-to-Have Skills (Top 2):

Kotlin Exposure to or experience in Kotlin for backend development
Kafka Basic understanding or working experience with Kafka for messaging and stream processing

Top 3 Key Responsibilities:

Integration and Build Activities Design, develop, and support integration builds and CI/CD pipelines
Delivery Oversight Review, manage, and ensure the quality of offshore deliverables
Team Leadership Lead a Scrum team, facilitate agile ceremonies, and coordinate project execution
