Additionally, the Technology Educator collaborates in developing course materials and designing assessment tools to evaluate learner progress and certification readiness. This position plays a vital role in fostering continuous learning and skill enhancement within the technology community, supporting both individual and organizational growth.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine training content to reflect the latest technological advancements.
- Assist junior professionals by providing guidance and support in their learning journey and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing database administration and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures, as well as security management in SAP landscapes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
