Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine training materials to reflect the latest technological advancements.
- Assist junior professionals by providing guidance and support in their learning journey.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting SAP systems.
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patch management, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
- Ability to monitor system health and ensure high availability and security of SAP infrastructure.
- Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to support technical training and knowledge transfer.
Additional Information:
