Additionally, the Technology Educator collaborates in developing course materials and assessment tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of educational content. This position plays a vital role in fostering a learning environment that supports skill enhancement and career advancement for technology professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and refine training materials to reflect the latest technological advancements.
• Assist junior professionals by providing guidance and support in their learning journey.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
• Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and maintenance within SAP environments.
• Experience in managing database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting SAP systems.
• Familiarity with system upgrades, patch management, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
• Ability to monitor system health and ensure high availability and security of SAP infrastructure.
• Skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams to support technical training and knowledge transfer.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
