Summary: SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant S/4HANA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant with strong S/4HANA expertise to support and drive controlling processes in project-based manufacturing environments, including Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) scenarios. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of SAP CO processes with a strong focus on Results Analysis and manufacturing cost transparency.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) processes

Support project-based manufacturing controlling requirements, including cost planning, budgeting, and tracking

Configure and support CTO and ETO cost structures, including:

• Project and Sales orderrelated controlling
• Project systems (PS) integration
  
  

Implement and manage Results Analysis (RA) for:

• Project-based manufacturing
• Sales orderbased manufacturing
• WIP, reserves, and revenue recognition
  
  

Ensure integration between CO, FI, PS, SD, MM, and PP modules

Provide functional specifications for developments and reports

Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities in SAP S/4HANA programs

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate controlling requirements into SAP solutions

Key exp: Cost Estimate, Make to Order, Make to Stock, Repetitive Mfg., Descrete Mfg., Variance Calculation, Actual Price Calculation, Cost Sheet, Overhead calculation, Settlement, Production Order Summarization

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO)

Proven experience in Project-Based Manufacturing environments

Expertise in:

• Configure-to-Order (CTO)
• Engineer-to-Order (ETO)
  
  

In-depth knowledge of Results Analysis (RA) configuration and processing

Strong understanding of cost object controlling:

• Sales orders
• Projects (WBS)
  
  

Experience with WIP calculation, and variance analysis, 15 years full time education
