You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery. Your role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving project goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to team success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Experience with financial reporting and analysis. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. - Familiarity with risk management practices.
