You will also focus on providing strategic insights and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations based on analysis and findings.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools related to Salesforce.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications.
