Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and drive organizational success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to enhance system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday integrations and reporting. - Strong understanding of system development lifecycle methodologies. - Experience in project management and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Extend. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
