Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will advise, lead, and engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance IT functions, providing strategic insights, and ensuring that projects align with organizational goals. You will also be responsible for guiding teams through complex challenges, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of technology initiatives within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and tools. - Experience with natural language processing techniques. - Ability to design and implement AI-driven solutions. - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
