As a Technology Consultant at Refold AI, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for customers post-sale. Your mission is to deeply understand customer challenges, guide them through solution design, and ensure they achieve measurable value through Refold's AI-driven integration platform. This role is ideal for someone who excels at structured problem solving, consultative discovery, and driving customer outcomes while navigating complex enterprise environments with confidence. You will play a direct role in revenue impact by ensuring customer projects are executed successfully, driving expansion opportunities, and building long-term strategic partnerships that accelerate Refold's growth.
Job Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end engagement during customer implementations while coordinating with Solutions Engineering and Product & Engineering teams and ensure it aligns with the business intent and strategic outcomes defined during discovery.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, business processes, integration pain points, and success criteria and convert them into actionable BRDs.
- Communicate progress transparently with customer stakeholders, managing expectations and risks.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, becoming their go-to partner for integration and automation projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand platform usage or optimize existing solutions.
- Collaborate with Product to relay customer insights, influence the roadmap, and ensure upcoming features map to real customer challenges.
- Work with internal teams to refine delivery methodologies, documentation, and best practices to support scalable growth.
- Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor - challenging assumptions, offering recommendations, and ensuring customers adopt solutions that truly solve their core problems.
- Facilitate clear communication between business and technical audiences, ensuring alignment at all levels.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technology consulting, solution delivery, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with executives, technical teams, and end users.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, align stakeholders, and drive business outcomes.
- Experience with integrations, workflow design, or enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft etc.
- Experience in a SaaS, enterprise integration, or automation platform environment.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or system connectivity enough to guide technical conversations (deep engineering skills not required).
- Background in management consulting, technical consulting, digital transformation, or business systems analysis.
- Strong storytelling skills able to articulate complex problems and solutions clearly.
