We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to manage HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, policy implementation, compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong people management, documentation, and communication skills to support a productive work culture and efficient HR processes.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
• Experience in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, exits, and documentation
• Ability to handle employee engagement, grievances, and performance management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HRMS tools
