Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
- Experience in employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, exits, and documentation
- Ability to handle employee engagement, grievances, and performance management
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HR documentation, payroll coordination, and HRMS tools
