Job Summary
We're hiring a candidate with a strong computer science background and a passion for inclusive tech education
You Will Be Responsible For
- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the digital literacy of individuals through standardized tests, observations, and assessments.
- Curriculum Development: Develop/update a digital literacy curriculum that accommodates the unique learning styles and needs of the students.
- Classroom Instruction: Conduct engaging sessions, ensuring that the content is delivered in a way that is accessible and understandable to students.
- Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students who require additional assistance in grasping concepts.
- Adaptation of Materials: Modify educational materials and resources to suit the requirements of students.
- Review: Develop appropriate assessment methods to evaluate students progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document student's progress. Assist in addressing behavioral difficulties constructively and contribute to fostering a positive and safe classroom environment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including evaluation reports, progress notes, and reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with special education professionals and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Would Have
- BSc Computer Science / Or any other equivalent degree in computer science
- 0-1 year of experience as a programmer, technology educator / trainer
- In-depth understanding of computer science and digital literacy concepts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students.
- Flexibility to adapt intervention plans based on individual students needs and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage caseloads, maintain accurate records, and prioritize tasks effectively.

- If you have prior experience of training in the field of software programming & testing
