- Provide technical expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
- Implement best practices for data management and analytics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee the deployment of technology solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Conduct regular assessments of system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Support the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technology implementations.

Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in content marketing and customer journey analytics with proven experience in AEP technologies.
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and RTCDP showcasing successful project implementations.
- Have a good understanding of check processing domain skills enhancing the ability to integrate solutions effectively.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
- Show proficiency in developing technical documentation and training materials for diverse audiences.
- Display strong communication skills facilitating collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Certifications Required
