Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEP Customer Journey Analytics and RTCDP into existing systems ensuring seamless functionality.
Provide technical expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Implement best practices for data management and analytics to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Oversee the deployment of technology solutions ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.
Conduct regular assessments of system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Support the development of technical documentation and training materials for end-users.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technology implementations.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in content marketing and customer journey analytics with proven experience in AEP technologies.
Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and RTCDP showcasing successful project implementations.
Have a good understanding of check processing domain skills enhancing the ability to integrate solutions effectively.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions.
Show proficiency in developing technical documentation and training materials for diverse audiences.
Display strong communication skills facilitating collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Experience Platform Adobe Journey Optimizer Certification.
