The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
