Technology analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customer communication templates using SmartCOMM
• Create and maintain correspondence for letters statements policies invoices notices and customer communications
• Configure document composition formatting and content management solutions
• Integrate SmartCOMM with enterprise applications and backend systems
• Develop and maintain business rules workflows and document generation processes
• Perform template enhancements defects fixing and production support
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Conduct unit testing system testing and support UAT activities
• Ensure compliance with branding regulatory and customer communication standards
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides
