Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive platformfor wealth management and investment platforms (advisory platforms, portfolio management tools, digital channels solutions).
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on client needs, business objectives, ROI, and technical feasibility.
  • Translate complex investment and wealth management requirements into detailed product requirements and user stories for agile teams.
  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, development, testing, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
  • Prepare requirement documents, test plans, incident reports, and detailed user manuals for new implementations.
  • Conduct thorough system analysis and issue resolution, ensuring scalability, security, and financial compliance.
  • Perform gap analysis and risk analysis as part of project implementations.
  • Apply deep knowledge of investment products (mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, PMS, Direct equity, discretionary portfolio management) and portfolio construction to influence product features.
  • Drive digitization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency within the wealth business.
  • Engage with financial advisors, investment teams, operations, compliance, IT, vendors, and clients to gather insights and validate product directions.
  • Coordinate across departments to gather requirements, manage enhancements, and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings ensuring alignment between business, technology, and compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in wealth management or investment platforms with a strong understanding of investment products and portfolio management.
  • knowledge of investment products (Mutual funds, ETFs, structured products, PMS, Direct equity,Discretionary portfolio management)
  • Proven track record of digital technology implementation for wealth business.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.
  • Experience preparing BRDs, user stories, test cases, incident reports, and user manuals.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks within the wealth management domain.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, aligning and monitoring progress across teams
  • Role involves both individual contributor and team management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with agile development teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with digitization/automation initiatives in wealth management.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management ,advisory platformsand customer digital channel.
  • Strong understanding of risk frameworks and suitability requirements in wealth management.
  • Resource with experience of more than 8 years in the relevant domain.
