About This Role

As a Techno-Functional Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our support team, reporting to a Support Manager. Your role involves providing exceptional user support, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of Oracle Primavera Unifier, Enablon, Aconex or any other specified enterprise products. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain high-quality standards and drive process improvements. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support and user administration for Oracle Primavera Unifier, Enablon, Aconex or any other specified enterprise products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, taking ownership of ticket resolution, including follow-ups and communications.
• Configure and modify custom business processes, workflow setups, templates, and user-attribute forms.
• Translate business functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation, including instructions for addressing frequently occurring support issues.
• Review, maintain, and support existing processes to ensure data quality and continual improvement.
• Coordinate with Oracle to address and resolve any identified bugs.
• Build reports to support business analysis and user inquiries.
• Prepare technical documents on processes, including support instructions for frequently occurring issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring user satisfaction and effective communication.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a techno-functional support role with an enterprise level software (Oracle Unifier, Enablon or Aconex preferred but not required).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Additional Requirements / Skills / Working Hours

• Experience with multiple PMIS applications is a plus.
• Experience with integration development and middleware products is a plus.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Flexible working days/hours are required to support global teams, with schedules including SaturdayWednesday or SundayThursday.
