Responsibilities

Housing Finance

Strong functional knowledge of the respective banking domains
Good understanding of the underlying technology stack
Experience in log analysis, issue analysis, and root cause identification
Incident management and resolution within defined SLAs
Coordination with Oracle Development teams for defect analysis, fixes, patches, and upgrades
Support during releases, deployments, and stabilization (as required)
