8+ years of techno-functional experience in demand planning in pharma manufacturing or related industries.
Hands-on experience in configuring and managing Oracle Demantra or a similar application.
Proven experience in implementing end-to-end projects involving Oracle Demantra or a similar application.
Agile Methodology using Jira, creating Epics, and writing Jira Stories.
Proficient in Oracle Demantra.
Strong understanding of business processes related to supply chain planning in pharma domain.
Experience in managing complex changes to enterprise systems.
Experience working on a project with onshore and offshore team collaboration including onshore
Proven success in a fast-paced agile project where requirements are documented as user stories that include sufficient detail for developers to work independently
Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and the project team.
Preferred: Strong technical skills on SQL and analytical applications
