Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Techno-Commercial Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in manufacturing processes and a proven track record in B2B sales. This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions and quotations, and driving revenue growth by promoting our on-demand manufacturing services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
Identify and target potential customers in industries such as automotive, aerospace, medical, consumer electronics, and industrial machinery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including R&D team, New Product Development team, Vendor Development Team, procurement managers etc.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our on-demand manufacturing services.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base in India / overseas.
2. Technical Expertise
Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions using our manufacturing capabilities.
Collaborate with the operations teams / process engineer / manufacturing partners to ensure feasibility and accuracy of customer projects.
Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback to customers to optimize their designs
3. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Follow up with customers to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
4. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in automating the frontend and engineering tasks.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the internal teams to improve our offerings.
5. Reporting and Analytics
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
Experience
3-7 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or account management, preferably in manufacturing or B2B marketplaces.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experienced in selling to international customers
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, PCB Assembly).
Familiarity with CAD software and design principles is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications and provide instant quotation.
Soft Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel as needed to meet customers and attend industry events
