Role Description

The Techno-Commercial Manager (Dairy Division) is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The selected candidate will manage and expand the company's dairy business by developing relationships with clients, overseeing commercial operations, preparing business plans, and executing marketing strategies in B2B sale. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, managing contracts, analyzing performance data, and supporting cross-functional teams. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring quality customer engagement, and aligning business objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Commercial Management and Contract Management capabilities, including experience in negotiating contracts and handling client accounts.
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate data, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Business Planning expertise to develop effective growth strategies and meet sales targets.
• Leadership qualities and Team Management skills to coordinate efforts, mentor team members, and enhance team performance.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong track record of working in the dairy or livestock nutrition industry is a plus.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, Business Management, or a related field with minimum 5 years experience.
• Flexibility to travel as needed for business development and client interaction.
