Role Overview:
Techno-Commercial Lead - AV will drive pre-sales, solution design, and commercial closure for Audio Visual projects. This role bridges technical expertise with business acumen to deliver optimal AV solutions aligned with customer needs and revenue goals.
Brand Portfolio: Crestron, Bosch, Electro Voice, BrightSign etc.
What you'll do:
- Lead techno-commercial AV engagements across boardrooms, auditoriums, experience centers, and VC solutions.
- Design end-to-end AV solutions covering displays, video walls, projectors, audio, control, and conferencing.
- Own pre-sales deliverables: requirement analysis, BOQs, technical proposals, and solution presentations.
- Finalize commercials including pricing, margin optimization, and vendor/OEM negotiations.
- Collaborate with sales, OEMs, and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely deal closure.
- Support demos, POCs, and customer technical discussions; ensure seamless handover to execution teams.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of AV systems: displays, projectors, LED walls, VC solutions, audio systems, DSPs, controllers, and switchers.
- Knowledge of AV networking basics, signal flow, and system integration.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Audio Visual solutions, pre-sales, or techno-commercial roles.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
