Position: Techno-Commercial Executive
Qualification: Diploma/Engineer (Civil /preferred)
Experience: 35 years
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct product testing and site trials at client locations.
Handle technical demonstrations and explain product advantages to customers.
Work on client conversion from testing to commercial orders.
Maintain and prepare technical reports, trial documents, and client feedback records.
Coordinate with the production team for timely execution.
Provide after-sales technical support and follow up on trial performance.
Skills Required:
Strong technical understanding of construction / plaster / building material products.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to travel for trials and client visits.
Techno-commercial mindset capable of handling both technical discussions and business negotiations.
