Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Techno-Commercial Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. The role involves managing construction project costing, client coordination, proposal preparation, and ensuring profitability while maintaining quality standards in construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs, and cost analysis
- Evaluate technical specifications and align them with commercial feasibility
- Handle client discussions, negotiations, and proposal presentations
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability
- Assist in tendering processes, vendor selection, and contract management
- Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and contractual terms
Requirements & Skills- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and costing
- Knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and tender documentation
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and estimation tools
- Ability to manage both technical and commercial aspects of projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Education- B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA (Operations/Marketing) – Preferred
