We are looking for experienced Technicians to join our team in India. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently.
- Assist in the installation of new systems and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve processes and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all tasks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other staff.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- 5-12 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
