Qualification : ITI /Diploma
- Person is authorize to sign (as a doer) :
- Parenteral GMP documents
- Equipment and Area cleaning/sanitization logs
- Involved in the equipment Qualification / Re-Qualification activity.
- He is responsible for Vial Filling Line, PFS Filling Line, Infusion bag line and API aseptic area in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
- He is responsible for aseptic area and Freeze Drying area related qualification / requalification activities in Parenteral Manufacturing Area.
- Any other job assigned by superior.
