Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technician based in Banda. The Technician will be responsible for conducting site evaluations, assisting in the installation and commissioning of solar systems, and performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar equipment. Daily tasks also include inspecting systems for safety and performance, ensuring adherence to layout designs, and collaborating with teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in system installation, testing, and equipment commissioning
• Ability to assess site feasibility and perform structural evaluations
• Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining solar system functionality
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance during the installation process
• Basic understanding of net-metering systems and regulatory documentation is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with project teams
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electrical, electronics, or renewable energy fields
• Hands-on experience with solar systems is highly desirable but not mandatory
