Coating Operations

Sets, Operates and monitors coating machines and associated machines like stirrer and peristaltic pumps.
Ensure calibration of balances and other IPQC Instrument.
Ensure correct machine settings, batch start up and challenge and in process checks.
Ensure issuance of silicon tubing, spare parts and its recording as per the documents.
Performs minor troubleshooting of coating machines.

Quality Compliance

Perform in process checks like weight Variation, Disintegration test etc as per BMR.
Monitor rejections and ensure minimal rejection and losses during batch run.
Carry out cleaning activities and line clearance as per SOP before and after batch.
Maintains hygiene and discipline in manufacturing area.

Documentation And Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely records for BMR and log books including equipment usage logs
Report deviations, machine malfunctions or breakdowns to supervisors promptly
Fills BMR and logbooks online during start up and while in operation for in process. Assists in reconciliation and rejections of in process.
