Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for handling shift operation of Utility equipment's and maintenance / PM for Liquid Manufacturing and packing machine equipment's.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Shift operation of Utility equipment's
Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacements.
Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues.
Ensure and avoid the major breakdown and timely compliance of breakdown with substantial reduction in the downtime.
Taking corrective and preventive action on the machine breakdowns with root cause analysis & closing of Job work order on time.
Maintaining Preventive Maintenance check list, records History Card of Equipment's.
Handling of actual equipment preventive maintenance as per checklist. Carry out predictive maintenance to avoid breakdown of the equipment based on the condition and instruction from the engineers.
Handle in-house modifications and improvement projects.
Providing engineering support for qualification activities.
Follow all GMP and GEP practices in the Liquid area.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
ITI/ Diploma - Electrical / Instruments/ Electronic
Working experience on day-to-day Utility operation and Pharma machines maintenance.
Expected to follow all safety procedures while executing the role
Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting special purpose machine instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic system.
Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting special purpose machine instrumentation, electrical and mechanical problems.
Additional Notes
Role is expected to work in all shifts.
Maintenance of daily Routine shift engineering jobs of Liquid machine like vessels, packing line machines etc.
