This candidate will be responsible to perform Operations on Primary side of Bottle packing (Pharmapack/CVC).

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables

Packing Equipment Operation

Operates Pharma pack ,CVC bottle packing equipment including Unscrambler, Canister Filling System, Counting & Filling Machine, Cotton Insertion Machine, Capping Machine, and associated conveyors as per approved SOPs and safety requirements.

Performs machine settings, startup activities, challenge tests, and operational checks as per Batch Packaging Record (BPR).

Process Monitoring & Control

Monitors machine performance, process parameters, alarms, conveyor flow, and material movement to ensure smooth operations.

Ensures minimum rejection, wastage, and packaging losses during production.

Documentation

Completes Batch Packaging Records (BPR), equipment logbooks, online records, and other GMP documentation accurately and contemporaneously.

Assists in reconciliation of packaging materials, in-process quantities, finished products, and rejections.

Compliance

Ensures adherence to cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity, EHS, and regulatory requirements during packaging operations.

Verifies calibration status of balances, measuring devices, and instruments before use.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance

Identifies and resolves basic operational issues related to machine settings and process performance.

Supports preventive maintenance activities and equipment upkeep.

Team Coordination

Coordinates and guides contractual operators/helpers for smooth execution of packaging activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Eng., B.Sc

Total experience of 02-04 years .

Must be able to work in shifts as needed

Skills Required

Knowledge of safe acts and behaviours and compliance to safety

Good communication skills to communicate with coworkers & supervisors
