Purpose
HVAC – Technician - To operate, monitor, and assist in the
maintenance of HVAC and utility systems to ensure uninterrupted
environmental conditions for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
while complying with GMP, GDP, ALCOA++, and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities /Deliverables
HVAC Operations
Monitor AHUs, Exhaust Systems, Ventilation Systems, and
Fresh Air Systems.
Record Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Differential
Pressure readings.
Perform routine inspection rounds of HVAC and utility
areas.
Report abnormalities to Shift Executive/Engineer.
Preventive Maintenance Support
Assist In Preventive Maintenance Activities Of
AHUs, Exhaust Fans, Chillers, Cooling Tower, Air Compressors
Clean and replace filters as per schedule.
Assist during breakdown maintenance activities.
Utility Operations Support
Basic Operational Knowledge Of
Chillers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors
Water Treatment Systems, Pumps & Motors
Documentation
Maintain logbooks and daily utility records.
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Ensure compliance with ALCOA++ principles while
recording data.
GMP Compliance
Follow GMP requirements in all manufacturing and utility
areas.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in HVAC service
floors and utility areas.
Support QA and Engineering during inspections.
Safety
Follow PPE requirements.
Comply with Permit to Work (PTW) and LOTO procedures.
Report unsafe conditions immediately.
Follow all utility area safety rules and site EHS practices.

Qualifications Qualification & Experience
Regular ITI (Fitter/Mechanical/Refrigeration & Air
Conditioning) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Full-time regular course only
